details, ensuring the utmost security and confidentiality for your transactions.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. All our items are handmade from Africa with love and care.

If you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

At Afriqueminence, our mission is to ensure your online orders reach you promptly. While we aim for the fastest
delivery possible, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as stock availability from our suppliers,
unavailability of certain products, and discontinued products.

All orders are shipped using trusted courier service. Shipping times and fees vary based on the destination,
package weight, and shipping method selected by the customer.

Refunds and exchanges are accepted, provided items are returned to us in perfect condition, unused, unworn
and within the original packaging. We will happily replace an item with a different size if fitting is not correct, for
apparel.

Our skin care oils are all from natural resources, all found in our African continent, the oils cannot be returned,
please ensure you know your allergens and discontinue use if not suitable.
